This recording is a tribute to new orleans Guitarist, Justin Adams. Born on June 1,1923 He was a member of a musical family.Justin and his 2 Brothers and His Perfomed with their Mother ,Dolly Douroux and Her Brothers,The Douroux Band.
Justin also perfomed with Charles Brown,Fats Domino and Little richard to name a few.
A pioneer,innovator and iconic prototype, Justin Adams(along with Roy Montrell,Walter "Papoose" Nelson and Leo Nocentilli)helped to define the role of the "New Orleans Guitarist".
